Membership to the association is not based on qualifications or experience alone, but on the recognition of real world application of modern leadership principles.
Members have access to the association’s publications and are enrolled into our solutions hub.
Membership is through an application process, invitation and subscription fee.

A core part of the association is the development and delivery of leading research into leadership, team performance and business.
In many cases, the cycle from new methodologies to implementation is too long.
Our current social and technology pace of development requires a quicker – and sound – network to educate new and upcoming leaders on the latest developments in leadership.
Within most of the formal qualification systems the cycle between new developments and presentation to scholars and students is just too slow. Which causes two problems: 1- we are training and educating people on outdated methodologies and 2- the slow pace of academic institutions created a social media craze of ideas and methodologies without adequate validation and oversight.
The Leadership Association breach this gap by offering publications and videos of validated methodologies within an informal setting, and in a much quicker cycle than formal institutions.
